प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 25 अगस्त को 53वीं PRAGATI बैठक की अध्यक्षता की। बैठक में नौ राज्यों में रेलवे, सड़क और बिजली क्षेत्र की छह प्रमुख परियोजनाओं की समीक्षा की गई, जिनका संयुक्त निवेश ₹30,000 करोड़ से अधिक है। बैठक में AgriStack और कृषि डेटा में Artificial Intelligence के उपयोग के साथ साइबर फ्रॉड और ‘डिजिटल अरेस्ट’ से निपटने के लिए प्रशिक्षण, जन-जागरूकता और समन्वित कार्रवाई पर भी जोर दिया गया।

Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired the 53rd PRAGATI meeting on August 25. Six major railway, road and power projects across nine states, with a combined investment exceeding ₹30,000 crore, were reviewed. The meeting also discussed AgriStack, the use of artificial intelligence with agricultural data, and stronger training, public awareness and coordinated action against cyber fraud and digital-arrest scams.

सरकारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार Pradhan Mantri Janjatiya Vikas Mission के तहत 4,172 Van Dhan Vikas Kendras को 28 राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में मंजूरी दी गई है, जिनसे 12.48 लाख लाभार्थी जुड़े हैं। इन केंद्रों के माध्यम से कौशल विकास, क्षमता निर्माण, मूल्य संवर्धन, प्रसंस्करण, पैकेजिंग, ब्रांडिंग और विपणन जैसी गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है। इसका उद्देश्य जनजातीय समुदायों के लिए स्थानीय संसाधनों पर आधारित आय और उद्यमिता के अवसर मजबूत करना है।

Government data states that 4,172 Van Dhan Vikas Kendras have been sanctioned across 28 States and Union Territories under the Pradhan Mantri Janjatiya Vikas Mission, covering 12.48 lakh beneficiaries. The centres support skill development, capacity building, value addition, processing, packaging, branding and marketing, with the broader objective of strengthening livelihood and entrepreneurship opportunities based on local resources.

PM Jan Dhan Yojana ने वित्तीय समावेशन के क्षेत्र में एक महत्वपूर्ण पड़ाव हासिल किया है। 19 अगस्त 2026 तक योजना के तहत 59.09 करोड़ खाते खोले जा चुके थे और खातों में कुल जमा राशि ₹3.17 लाख करोड़ से अधिक थी। इसी अवधि तक खाताधारकों को 41.29 करोड़ RuPay debit cards जारी किए गए। सरकार के अनुसार 56 प्रतिशत खाताधारक महिलाएं हैं और 78 प्रतिशत खाते ग्रामीण तथा अर्ध-शहरी क्षेत्रों में हैं।

The Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana has reached a major financial-inclusion milestone. As of August 19, 2026, more than 59 crore accounts had been opened, with total deposits exceeding ₹3.17 lakh crore. A total of 41.29 crore RuPay debit cards had also been issued. Government data states that 56% of account holders are women and 78% of accounts are in rural and semi-urban areas.

Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana के तहत खरीफ 2026 में बीमा कवरेज लगातार बढ़ा है। 27 अगस्त 2026 तक 241.38 लाख किसानों का बीमा किया जा चुका था और 278.12 लाख हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र इसके अंतर्गत आया। सरकार के अनुसार योजना सूखा, बाढ़, चक्रवात, ओलावृष्टि, कीट और बीमारियों सहित विभिन्न फसल जोखिमों से सुरक्षा प्रदान करती है। 2026–27 के लिए योजना के लिए ₹12,200 करोड़ का आवंटन किया गया है।

Under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, crop-insurance coverage continued to expand during Kharif 2026. As of August 27, 2026, 241.38 lakh farmers had been insured, covering 278.12 lakh hectares. The scheme provides protection against several crop-related risks, including drought, floods, cyclones, hailstorms, pests and diseases. An allocation of ₹12,200 crore has been made for the scheme for 2026–27.

भारत के विनिर्माण क्षेत्र में Production Linked Incentive योजनाओं का प्रभाव इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और ऑटोमोबाइल जैसे क्षेत्रों में दिखाई दे रहा है। सरकारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार FY 2025–26 में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स उत्पादन ₹13.11 लाख करोड़ तक पहुंचा। PLI-Auto के तहत 31 मार्च 2026 तक ₹44,326 करोड़ का निवेश और 67,820 रोजगार सृजित होने की जानकारी दी गई। इन पहलों का उद्देश्य घरेलू उत्पादन, निवेश और रोजगार क्षमता को मजबूत करना है।

Government data indicates continued expansion of manufacturing through Production Linked Incentive programmes. Electronics production reached ₹13.11 lakh crore in FY 2025–26. Under PLI-Auto, cumulative investment of ₹44,326 crore and employment generation of 67,820 were reported up to March 31, 2026. These initiatives are intended to strengthen domestic production, investment and employment capacity.

UPSC ने Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation में Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner पद से संबंधित भर्ती प्रक्रिया के लिए आधिकारिक सूचना जारी की है। यह EPFO से जुड़ा Group-A पद है। उम्मीदवारों को शैक्षणिक योग्यता, आयु सीमा, अनुभव, आवेदन प्रक्रिया और अन्य शर्तों की पुष्टि केवल UPSC की आधिकारिक सूचना से करनी चाहिए। किसी भी बाहरी recruitment website पर दी गई जानकारी को अंतिम न मानें।

The UPSC has published official information relating to recruitment for the post of Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner in the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation. The post is a Group-A position associated with EPFO. Candidates should verify educational qualifications, age requirements, experience, application procedure and other conditions directly from the official UPSC notice and should not treat external recruitment websites as the final authority.

IBPS issued the CRP-CSA-XVI notification for recruitment of Customer Service Associates in participating banks. According to the official registration portal, online registration and fee payment were open from August 1 to August 28, 2026. Since the application deadline has passed, candidates should now follow only the official IBPS website and relevant notices for subsequent examination and recruitment updates.
